Red Sox at the plate:
David Ortiz was 0-for-2 with a strikeout. Boston managed six hits, with Dustan Mohr's double and Chris Durbin's triple the only two that went for extra bases.
Phillies at the plate:
Ryan Howard laced a two-run single in the first and Aaron Rowand followed with an RBI single. Philadelphia added its fourth run in the sixth when Pat Burrell singled. Pinch-runner Peter Bergeron eventually scored on sacrifice fly by Peter Bergeron. Howard belted his 11th homer of the spring, a solo blast in the eighth.
Red Sox on the mound:
Matt Clement's two innings included a rocky first, in which he allowed three runs on three singles and two walks. Clement gave way to Julian Tavarez, who recorded three strikeouts in two hitless innings.
Phillies on the mound:
Ryan Madson pitched five scoreless innings in his final outing before the regular season. Madson allowed four hits, one walk and struck out four.

Jon Lieber makes his seventh career Opening Day start on Monday at 3:05 p.m. ET against the Cardinals at Citizens Bank Park. Lieber will oppose 2005 National League Cy Young Award winner Chris Carpenter.
Boston opens its season in Texas on Monday at 2:05 p.m. Curt Schilling gets the nod for Boston, while Kevin Millwood starts for the Rangers.
