They escaped with a 2-1 thriller behind Curt Schilling on Saturday.
In Sunday's finale, the Red Sox will go against Rodrigo Lopez, who has been tough on Boston the last few years.
"We have a chance to, if we can win a game [Sunday], have a fantastic road trip against two very good teams that can hit," said Schilling.
BOS: RHP Tim Wakefield (0-1, 17.18 ERA)
The knuckleballer will try to bounce back from his first outing, when he was belted for seven hits and seven runs over 3 2/3 innings against the Rangers. Wakefield has enjoyed pitching at Camden Yards throughout his career. He is 6-3 there lifetime with a 3.11 ERA. Overall against the Orioles, Wakefield is 11-11 with a 4.10 ERA in 37 appearances.
BAL: RHP Rodrigo Lopez (1-0, 6.43 ERA)
Lopez worked seven innings on Opening Day, allowing six runs and leaving with the lead. The right-hander went 2-2 with a 3.90 ERA against the Red Sox last year and is 10-5 against Boston for his career. Lopez has a career 27-19 record at his home stadiums and a 25-24 mark on the road.
Player to watch
Catcher Josh Bard had three passed balls in his first attempt at catching Wakefield's knuckler. All eyes will be on him Sunday.
