Red Sox at the plate: Kevin Youkilis went 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI. Julio Lugo had one hit and an RBI. Mike Lowell added two hits, the latter of which was an RBI single.

Orioles at the plate: Jon Knott and Jason Dubois both struck homers against Daisuke Matsuzaka. The opposite-field shot by Knott was the first run against Matsuzaka in three starts.

Red Sox on the mound: Matsuzaka struggled for the first time this spring, giving up six hits and four runs (three earned) over four innings. The righty didn't walk anybody and struck out three. Julian Tavarez walked three but didn't allow a hit over two innings.

Orioles on the mound: Steve Trachsel surrendered six hits and two runs over three innings, notching one strikeout. John Parrish went two innings, allowing three hits and a run.

Grapefruit League records: Red Sox 6-6-1; Orioles 7-2-2.

Up next: The Red Sox play their lone Spring Training game against the Yankees on Monday night at 7:05 ET at City of Palms Park. Tim Wakefield takes the ball for Boston, while Carl Pavano will be on the mound for New York.

The Orioles are hosting the Dodgers in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., at 1:05 p.m., with lefty Erik Bedard facing righty Brett Tomko.
