Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band at Fenway Park

Boston, MA (May 19, 2012) – Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band announce that they will continue Fenway Park's 100th Anniversary celebration by adding a second performance at the legendary ballpark on August 15 due to overwhelming demand, pending city approval. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band just kicked off their 11-week European tour with shows in Seville, LasPalmas and Barcelona. This comes on the heels of the tour's first U.S. leg, which earned accolades for their stellar performances: Rolling Stone called the show "epic," the New York Times said "explosive" and the Boston Globe wrote of the concert's "energy that bordered on superhuman."
