ARLINGTON -- Despite a shaky performance by Felix Doubront on Friday and some overall inconsistency in the early part of his season, the lefty will make his next scheduled start on Wednesday night against the Twins, manager John Farrell confirmed.

"Then you're talking about a complete adjustment to the roster with no off-days," Farrell said. "[Skipping a start] hasn't been contemplated right now in this next turn."

Doubront's arm strength doesn't seem to be what it was in the past, at least according to the radar-gun readings.

The Red Sox continue to find nothing wrong with Doubront from a health standpoint.

"Yes, same as he came out of last night's game," Farrell said. "No additional soreness or anything unforeseen."
