Boston Marathon Winner Meb Keflezighi to Throw First Pitch at Fenway Park Today


The Red Sox today announced that Meb Keflezighi, the men's winner of the 118th Boston Marathon and the first American to win the championship since 1983, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at Fenway Park tonight.

The 38 year-old runner completed the 26.2-mile course to win the men's title in 2 hours, 8 minutes, 37 seconds. He will be honored at Fenway Park before the second game of a three game series against the New York Yankees.
