Red Sox again present late-summer offer

BOSTON, MA - For the second straight year, the Red Sox will present a late-summer initiative for families: free parking at the Prudential Center Garage accompanied by free Boston Duck Tour rides to and from Fenway Park.

The promotion will run for nine games from Thursday, August 14 through Friday, August 22, when the Red Sox play daily against the Houston Astros, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, and Seattle Mariners. Eight of the nine games start at 7:10 p.m. The lone day game (1:35 p.m.) is Sunday, August 17. Also included in the ticket packages are activity booklets for children.

"We seek to provide innovative ways to make the Fenway Park experience more accessible to fans, especially young families," said Red Sox Senior Vice President of Marketing and Brand Development Adam Grossman. "Parents were grateful last year when we took the guesswork out of parking and the Duck Boats was a fun and convenient way for the whole family to get to the ballpark."

Families can purchase up to10 tickets. The last Duck Tours ride will leave Fenway Park 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game.

Fans can purchase tickets at redsox.com/familypacks.

The End of Summer Family Packs are made possible with assistance from the City of Boston, Boston Duck Tours, The Shops at Prudential Center, and the Prudential Center Garage--the Official Garage of the Boston Red Sox.

The opening game of the homestand, Thursday, August 14, will be preceded by the induction of the newest members of the Red Sox Hall of Fame: Joe Castiglione, Roger Clemens, Nomar Garciaparra, and Pedro Martinez.
